Pennsylvania law allows consumers to choose the brokerage services they want by allowing them to waive, in writing, certain minimum services otherwise required by law. This written waiver preserves consumers’ ability to choose the brokerage services they want: Pennsylvania Statutes, Title 63, Section 455.606a.

Pennsylvania consumers may use a flat fee MLS broker and sell (or otherwise transfer title to the real property) to any person whom they procure (i.e. someone who is not represented by a "Buyer's Broker") without having to pay a buyer's brokerage commission or penalty.

• Wipe out the listing brokerage commission and save thousands.
